Carlyle Park is a very small subdivision consisting of roughly 60 townhomes built by Trimark in the late 1990s and early 2000s. This community has both ranch-style and 2-story floor plans. The neighborhood can be found at the intersection of Highlands Ranch Parkway and Lucent Boulevard. Highlands Ranch Town Center shops and restaurants are within walking distance of this great community.

The small number of homes in Carlyle Park keeps the neighborhood’s only two streets, Carlyle Park Circle and Carlyle Park Place, very quiet and free of traffic. Many large trees line the neighborhood streets and also add to the small subdivision’s private feel, despite its location on the corner of two of Highlands Ranch’s busier streets. Located at the center of Carlyle Park is a pool, reserved for the neighborhood’s residents to cool off in during Colorado’s hot summer months.

These homes range from 1,000 to 1,600 square feet and all feature fireplaces and garages. These townhomes have small yards, making it perfect for kids and pets, and allow for a lower-maintenance lifestyle.   Homes here are primarily owner occupied, though a few rental properties can be found scattered throughout the neighborhood.

Carlyle Park is in a great location with all sorts of activities and amenities just a few minutes away. In addition to all of the restaurants and shops, residents living nearby also enjoy the Highlands Ranch Farmers’ Market in the Town Center on summer Sunday mornings.

Just east of the Town Center is Civic Green Park, a beautiful park with playgrounds, picnic tables, water features, and a large pavilion that accommodates over 100 people. Another park, located west of Carlyle Park, is Marcy Park, which is connected to the Westridge Recreation CenterRanch View Middle School, and Thunderridge High School campus via the Marcy Gulch Trail.
