Why is Cherry Creek realty so special? Cherry Creek is one of the more elite Denver neighborhoods to call home. And what’s not to love about Cherry Creek? Cherry Creek has it all- beautiful homes, great restaurants, and fantastic shopping. The Cherry Creek neighborhood is sandwiched between University to the West and Colorado to the East. Ellsworth is the zero point of Cherry Creek, meaning that homes south of Ellsworth, have “south” in front of the street name. Houses numbered from 1-99 can be found north of Ellsworth but south of 1st. Homes numbered 100-199 run between 1st and 2nd, and so on until 6th, which marks the North boundary of Cherry Creek. The southern boundary of this neighborhood is the Cherry Creek.

Cherry Creek is broken down into 4 different areas: Cherry Creek North Residential (North of 1st), Cherry Creek North Commercial (between Cherry Creek and 3rd and West of Steele), Cherry Creek East (East of Steele and South of 1st), and Alameda Triangle (South of Alameda).

Cherry Creek has a HUGE shopping district. Cherry Creek Mall occupies the southwest corner of Cherry Creek. It is a high-end shopping center which boasts over 160 shops, 40 of which are exclusive to the area. Just north of the mall is an outdoor retail and dining area that extends up to 3rd Ave, and between Josephine and Steele. The Cherry Creek Chamber of Commerce is located on 2nd & Milwaukee.

Cherry Creek is conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Denver, 35 minutes from Denver International Airport, and 20 minutes from the Denver Tech Center.

And don’t forget about the Cherry Creek Trail which meanders its way along the south side of the Cherry Creek mall and goes for miles in both directions! It runs along Cherry Creek and is great for runners, bikers, and folks out for a leisurely stroll.

If you haven’t experienced Cherry Creek North yet, you should plan to!
