Westridge Village is a fantastic option for buyers looking for affordable homes situated in a great location. Located on the West side of Highlands Ranch, off of Wildcat Reserve Parkway and West Highlands Ranch Parkway, Westridge Village neighbors the Weatherstone luxury subdivision to its east and the Westridge Meadows to its north. Westridge Village offers homes built from the early 1990s through to the early 2000s. Multiple builders including Centex, Oakwood, Richmond, and Sanford have all constructed houses within the neighborhood. The majority of houses follow the standard two-story, three/four bedroom layout, and sit on lot sizes of roughly 0.2 acres.

Schools and shopping necessities are just a moment away from Westridge Village. ThunderRidge High School (an International Baccalaureate World School) and Ranch View Middle School are located directly north of the neighborhood just across Wildcat Reserve Parkway. Younger kids have a short trip south within the neighborhood to Coyote Creek Elementary School on West Westridge Village Parkway. In addition to close schools, residents also enjoy the convenience of a small shopping center nearby. King Soopers, 1st Bank, Starbucks, Westside Liquor, Chipotle, Great Clips, and a few others offer for a quick errand pit-stop on the way back from work.

Although Westridge Village does sit on the corner of two of Highland’s Ranch’s main streets, residents do not sacrifice privacy for their convenient location. Upon entering the neighborhood through West Hyacinth Road, (one of only three streets entering Westridge Village off Wildcat Reserve Parkway) road noise quickly quiets and ultimately drowns out as residents make their way into the inner streets of West Mountain Maple Avenue and South Mountain Maple Drive. Throughout the neighborhoods many winding streets and cul-de-sacs, buyers will find beautiful green lawns and trees adding to the quiet neighborhood feel of Westridge Village’s homes, many of which are accented with brick facing.

As you move deeper into the neighborhood past South Silver Maple Road, Westridge Village becomes divided into two smaller sections by Spring Gulch. Kids and walkers can utilize a concrete path sprawling east to west along the vast gulch to reach Spring Gulch Park’s giant field, playground equipment, picnic tables, and basketball court. Those looking for other activities can make a quick trip to the Westridge Recreation Center, or take a short drive west to Chatfield Reservoir. At the state park, visitors can enjoy the many trails that offer glimpses of Colorado’s native wildlife, ride bikes along the perimeter of the reservoir, or take their boat out for a relaxing day on the water.

There are many homes for sale within the Westridge Village, although a few rental properties can be found throughout the neighborhood’s quiet streets. All homes are located within the 80129 zip code of Douglas County. Call me for more information!
